We offer both delivery and collection. Deliveries are arranged directly with you at the time of purchase, and costs vary depending on your location relative to our Cape Town warehouse. Collection is welcome — please ensure you have a suitable vehicle with enough space. For a delivery cost estimate , add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout. the website automatically calculates the delivery fee.

We accept cash and EFT/direct bank transfer. We also offer flexible financing through Payflex and Float, allowing you to take home your piece today and pay over time. All EFT payments must reflect in full before goods are released.

We strongly recommend measuring your space and doorways carefully before purchasing. All pre-owned items are sold as inspected and described — please review all photos and details before completing your purchase. We are happy to provide additional measurements or images on request. As items are sold in their current condition, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a sale is concluded.

Yes, you’re welcome to arrange a third-party driver or courier for collection. Please note that for security purposes, we only release items once full payment has cleared in our bank account — proof of payment screenshots or emails are not accepted as confirmation. We appreciate your understanding as this policy protects both parties.

To keep things fair for all buyers, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We can reserve an item with a 50% deposit, after which it will be removed from sale for an agreed period. Items without a deposit remain available to all buyers.

Yes — we’re always open to buying quality pre-owned furniture and select home pieces. If you have something you’d like to sell, simply reach out via our Sell To Us page and we’ll take it from there. We’ll assess the item and come back to you with a fair offer.
